Will I receive confirmation after making a payment?
Yes. You should receive an email confirmation after each successful payment.
The confirmation will be sent to the email address linked to your Scape account, so make sure your contact details are up to date. You can also log in to your Scape account to view your payment history, receipts and upcoming payment schedule.
If you do not receive confirmation
- Check your spam or junk folder: payment emails can sometimes land there.
- Check your Scape account: look at your payment history to see whether the payment has been applied.
- Check Flywire: if you paid through Flywire, use its tracking tools to see the payment status.
- Allow processing time: manual bank transfers and some international payments may take longer to clear.
If you still cannot see confirmation, contact bookings.uk@scape.com. Include your full name, booking reference if you have it, the email address used to book and any payment receipt or reference number, so the team can check it quickly.
