Will I receive a physical key, key card or digital access?

In most Scape buildings, you’ll receive a key fob when you check in, rather than a traditional physical key. Some buildings may issue a key card instead, but the reception team will explain exactly what applies at your building when you arrive.

Your fob or card is used to access the building, relevant corridors and your room. To use it, simply hold it against the sensor at each access point until access is confirmed. Keep it with you whenever you’re in and around Scape, as you may need it for different doors and shared areas.

At some buildings, Bluetooth access through the Scape app may also be available. If this applies to your building, the team will let you know how to set it up and use it safely.

Your access is unique to you, so please don’t lend your fob, card or digital access to anyone else. This helps keep the building secure for everyone. If your access stops working, or if you lose your fob or card, go to reception straight away so the team can help.
