Will I get a full refund if I cancel within this period?

Yes. If you cancel within the cooling-off period, you’ll receive a full refund in line with Scape’s Refund Policy.

The cooling-off period depends on when you applied for your room. If you applied between 1 November and 30 June, you have 7 days from the date of application. If you applied between 1 July and 31 October, you have 48 hours from the date of application. If your contract Start Date falls before the cooling-off period would normally end, your right to cancel ends on the Start Date.

How refunds work

  • Cancel within the period: email bookings.uk@scape.com before your cooling-off period ends.
  • Include your booking details: share your full name, booking reference if you have one, email address used to book and Scape building.
  • Wait for confirmation: Scape will confirm the cancellation and refund details in writing.
  • Allow processing time: refunds can take up to 28 days to process.
