Why can’t I complete my booking online?
If you can’t complete your booking online, it’s usually caused by a payment issue, browser problem or device compatibility.
First, check that all required fields have been completed and that your payment details are correct. If the page will not load, a button is not working or the payment screen gets stuck, try switching browser or device.
Quick things to try
- Use Google Chrome: this often works better than Safari for online booking
- Try a computer or laptop: if you’re using a mobile, switching to a desktop device can help
- Clear your cache: then close and reopen the browser before trying again
- Check your payment method: make sure your bank has not blocked the transaction

If your room is on hold, act quickly so the hold does not expire before the issue is resolved.
