Who should I contact in an emergency?

If there is an emergency, call the emergency services first.

  • Police, fire or ambulance: call 999.
  • Non-emergency medical advice: call 111 for NHS support.
  • Building emergencies: contact your Scape building reception directly.

Scape reception teams are available 24/7, so there is always someone on-site who can help with urgent building issues or support you while emergency services are on the way.

Building reception

Your building’s direct phone number will be shared with you when you check in. You can also find building contact details on the relevant building page on scape.com. It is a good idea to save your reception number in your phone when you arrive.

If you are already in the building

If it is safe to do so, go to reception in person and let the team know what has happened. If you have already called 999, tell reception so they can help guide emergency services and support anyone affected.

If you are unsure whether something counts as an emergency, speak to reception straight away. The team will help you decide the safest next step.
