Who can I contact if I need further support?
If you need further support, the best person to contact depends on what you need help with.
For day-to-day support
Speak to your building reception team. They can help with everyday questions about your room, building facilities, parcels, maintenance, access, wellbeing support and life at Scape.
For booking, payment or contract questions
Email bookings.uk@scape.com. Include your full name, building and room number, plus a clear summary of what you need help with. This helps the team find your details and respond more quickly.
For maintenance issues
Log a request through the Scape app so it can be tracked by the on-site team. If the issue is urgent, speak to reception straight away.
For unresolved complaints
If your building team has not been able to resolve an issue, you can ask Scape’s central team to review it by emailing bookings.uk@scape.com with the full complaint history.
If the matter is still unresolved after Scape’s complaints process, you may be able to contact the ANUK National Code for independent guidance or resolution.
