When should I schedule deliveries for?

It is best to schedule deliveries for your contract start date onwards, once your room is officially available.

Scape buildings can usually accept deliveries, but storage space is limited, especially around move-in. If you arrange parcels to arrive before your contract start date, the building team may be able to accept them, but this is at their discretion. Contact reception in advance if you need to send anything early.

Delivery timing tips

• Use your start date: schedule parcels to arrive on or after your contract start date wherever possible.
• Avoid very early deliveries: reception may not be able to store items for long periods.
• Contact reception first: speak to your building team if you are sending large items or several parcels.
• Use the full address: include your name, Scape building, full address and apartment or room number.
• Track your parcels: keep courier updates handy so you know when items arrive.
