When is staff available on-site?
There is always someone available on-site at Scape. Reception is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so residents can speak to the team at any time.
If you need help with something practical, such as access, parcels, a question about the building or general resident support, pop down to reception or call your building directly.
Maintenance support
The maintenance team is usually available during normal business hours. If you notice something that needs fixing, report it through the Scape Student app so the team can review and prioritise it.
For urgent maintenance issues outside normal hours, contact reception straight away. The reception team can assess the situation and arrange the right support, including out-of-hours help where needed.
Emergencies
If there is an emergency, contact the emergency services first by calling 999. You should also let reception know as soon as it is safe to do so, so the on-site team can support you and respond within the building.
