When is my rent due?

Your rent due dates are shown in your payment schedule, which you can find in your Residence Agreement and Scape account.

Your initial payment is due when you book. This payment helps secure your room and is deducted from your total residence fee, so it is not an extra charge.

After that, rent is usually paid in instalments across the year. For many academic year bookings, instalments are typically due before arrival in August, then again in January and April. Your exact dates and amounts may vary depending on your booking, so always follow the schedule shown in your Scape account.

Where to check your rent dates

• Scape account: log in to view your payment schedule and upcoming amounts.
• Residence Agreement: your agreed payment terms are listed in your contract documents.
• Booking Confirmation: this includes key booking and payment information.

It is a good idea to set reminders ahead of each payment date, especially if you are paying by bank transfer, as payments can take time to clear.
