When do I need to submit my documents?

You can submit your documents before you arrive through the Scape App, where requested, and they’ll be checked when you check in.

You do not need to upload documents during the online booking process itself. Your booking is completed on the basis that you confirm you’re eligible to live at Scape as a student.

What to have ready

• Photo ID: such as your passport or another accepted form of identification
• Student ID or proof of study: to confirm your student status

Even if you submit documents before arrival, please bring the originals or accepted versions with you when you check in. The Scape team will verify them as part of your arrival process before issuing your keys.

If you know there may be a problem with your documents, or you’re unsure what to provide, contact bookings.uk@scape.com before you arrive. This gives the team time to help and can prevent delays at check-in.

Without verified documents, your keys may not be issued until the issue is resolved.
