What’s included in my rent at Scape?

Your rent at Scape is designed to keep the essentials simple, so you can focus on settling in, studying and making the most of student life.

Your rent includes your room, utilities and access to the shared spaces and services available at your building. That means there are no separate bills to set up for heating, water or electricity, and high-speed Wi-Fi is included too.

Included in your rent

• Utilities: heating, water and electricity are included.
• Wi-Fi: high-speed internet is available throughout Scape buildings.
• 24/7 support: staffed reception or on-site support is available whenever you need help.
• Shared spaces: access to communal areas, study spaces and building amenities.
• Building maintenance: the Scape team will help keep the building and your room in good working order.
• Bike storage and laundry facilities: available at Scape buildings, although laundry is usually pay-per-use.

Some facilities, such as gyms, vary by building, so check your chosen location on scape.com/rooms before booking.

Personal items such as bedding, towels, kitchen equipment and contents insurance are not included. You can bring your own essentials or order bedding and kitchen packs through Unpacked.
