What’s included in each room type?

Every Scape room is fully furnished and designed to give you a comfortable space to sleep, study and settle in. Exact features can vary by building and room type, so it is always worth checking the room details on scape.com/rooms before booking.

Included in Scape rooms

• Furniture: a bed with storage, study desk, chair and wardrobe or storage space.
• Bathroom: a private or en-suite bathroom, depending on your room type.
• Wi-Fi: broadband is included, so you can get online for study, streaming and everyday use.
• Utilities: electricity, water and heating are included in your rent.

Studios also include a private kitchenette, usually with an induction hob, fridge and microwave. One-bedroom apartments offer more space and may include a full kitchen and separate living area.

Please remember that bedding, towels, crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment are not included as standard. You can bring your own or order essentials in advance through Unpacked, so they are ready for your arrival.
