What types of issues can resident support help with?
Resident support can help with most day-to-day questions and practical issues while you live at Scape.
What the team can help with
- Maintenance and repairs: report issues through the Scape Student app, or speak to reception if it is urgent.
- Parcels and post: check parcel notifications, collections and delivery questions.
- Building access: get help if you lose your key card, cannot access your room or have a building entry issue.
- Facilities: ask about laundry, study spaces, shared areas, bike storage and other building features.
- Resident life: get guidance on events, building rules, guests, noise, wellbeing support and who to speak to next.
- Unresolved issues: ask reception to help escalate something if it has not been sorted.
You can contact resident support through the Scape Student app or by speaking to your building reception. Reception is staffed 24/7, so there is always someone available if you need help.
