What time can I check in?

You can usually check in from 2pm to 8pm on the start date of your contract.

Your exact arrival window will be confirmed by email through the arrival scheduling system, so please check your inbox before you travel. Arriving during your confirmed window helps the team manage move-in smoothly and keeps waiting times as short as possible for everyone.

If you need to arrive outside your confirmed time, please contact your building reception team as soon as you can. Scape reception teams are available 24/7, but arrivals outside the standard check-in window need to be arranged in advance so the team can prepare for you.

If you arrive before 2pm, your room may not be ready yet. The team may be able to store your luggage, but this depends on the building and how busy move-in is. If you arrive after 8pm, the team can still help if you have arranged this ahead of time, although your full building briefing may take place the next morning.

Before you travel, make sure your documents are ready and your required payments have been made and cleared.
