What should I do if my arrival time changes?

If your arrival time changes, please email your building reception team as soon as possible. This gives the team time to update your arrival details and plan for your check-in.

All arrival schedule changes need to be confirmed, so please wait for the team to let you know your updated time is okay before travelling where possible.

Reception is available 24/7, but a quick heads-up makes a big difference, especially during busy move-in periods. It helps the team manage arrivals, luggage storage and key collection smoothly, so you can get settled with less waiting around.

When you contact reception, include:

  • your full name
  • your Scape building
  • your original arrival time
  • your new expected arrival time
  • your booking reference, if you have it handy

If you are delayed while travelling, don’t panic. Just let the team know as soon as you can. They’ll do their best to help you arrive safely and complete check-in when you get to Scape.
