What should I do if I’m unable to pay on time?

If you are unable to pay on time, contact your building team straight away. If possible, get in touch before the payment is due, so the team can understand your situation and explain what options may be available.

Please do not ignore the deadline or wait until the payment is already overdue. Your payment schedule is part of your Residence Agreement, and missed payments can lead to further action.
