What should I do if I don’t receive confirmation?

If you don’t receive your Booking Confirmation email, check your spam or junk folder first. The email is sent once your initial payment has cleared, so it may arrive a few minutes after payment is completed.

Make sure you’re checking the same email address you used when creating your Scape account and completing your booking.

Still can’t find it?

If your confirmation email has not arrived after around 30 minutes, contact bookings.uk@scape.com.

To help the team find your booking quickly, include:

  • Your full name
  • The email address used to book
  • Your chosen Scape building, if you know it
  • Any payment reference or receipt you have

Until you receive a Booking Confirmation email, do not assume your room is secured. Your booking is only confirmed once Scape has received your initial payment in cleared funds and sent the confirmation email.

If there’s an issue, the bookings team can check your booking status and resend the confirmation if needed.
