What should I do if a machine isn’t working?
If a laundry machine is not working, please do not keep trying to use it. Check whether it has already been reported, then let the right team know so it can be fixed.
What to do
- Check machine status: visit circuit.co.uk/laundry-view to see whether the machine is already marked as out of service.
- Report it to reception: if it is not already flagged, tell the Scape reception team which machine is affected and what happened.
- Do not leave laundry unattended: if your washing is stuck or the machine has stopped mid-cycle, stay nearby or speak to reception straight away.
- Contact Circuit if needed: Circuit Laundry manages the machines and may be able to help with faults or payment issues.
When reporting a problem, include the machine number, the laundry room location, the time it happened and whether your clothes or payment were affected.
If a machine is marked as out of service, please use another available machine and avoid removing any warning signs. This helps keep laundry simple and fair for everyone.
