• Building: make sure you have selected the correct Scape location.
• Room type: check whether you have chosen the studio, en-suite, apartment or other room option you want.
• Contract dates: review the start date, end date and total contract length.
• Floor preference: check any floor option or preference you selected, where available.
• Price and payments: review the weekly rent, total cost, initial payment and payment schedule.
• Discount code: make sure any valid promotional code has been applied before you pay.

You should also read the Residence Agreement before signing. This is an important document and becomes legally binding from check-in.
