What information do I need to book for someone else?

If you’re helping a student book their Scape room, it’s useful to have their key details ready before you start. This helps make the booking smoother and avoids delays later on.

Details you’ll usually need

• The student’s full name.
• Their date of birth.
• Their email address.
• Their university, college or place of study.
• The Scape building they’re interested in.
• Their preferred room type.
• The contract dates they need.

The booking must be in the student’s name, as they will be the resident. The student may also need to provide their own student ID, proof of study or other documents, and they may need to sign or accept parts of the booking themselves. These can’t usually be provided by a parent, guardian or trusted person on their behalf.

You can still support with the practical side, including helping choose a room, reviewing the booking and making payments through the student’s Scape portal with their permission.
