What happens if my student status changes (e.g. deferral, withdrawal)?
If your student status changes after you book, please contact the Scape bookings team as soon as you know. This includes if you defer your studies, withdraw from your course, are excluded or your university place is refused.
Your options will depend on your circumstances and the evidence you can provide. In these situations, Scape’s Change of Study Circumstances cancellation policy may apply.
