What happens if I don’t complete my booking in time?
If you don’t complete your booking within the 72-hour hold period, your selected room will be released back to general availability.
This means the room is no longer reserved for you and another student may be able to book it. If you still want to live at Scape, you’ll need to return to scape.com and choose from the rooms currently available.
Will the price or offer stay the same?
Not always. If your room hold expires, the price, availability or any discount code linked to your original booking may no longer apply. If a price changes or an offer ends before you complete the booking, Scape cannot guarantee the previous price or promotion will still be available.
Your room is only officially secured when Scape has received your initial payment in cleared funds and sent your booking confirmation email. Signing your Residence Agreement alone does not secure the room.
