What happens if an offer expires before I complete my booking?

If an offer expires before you complete your booking, the promotional code will no longer work at checkout.

Scape is not usually able to honour expired offers or discount codes, so it is important to complete your booking while the promotion is still live and before any stated deadline.

What to do

  • Check the expiry date: review the offer terms before you start your booking.
  • Enter the code at checkout: make sure it is applied before you make your initial payment.
  • Review the total: confirm the discount appears before completing your booking.
  • Do not rely on an expired code: once a promotion has ended, it may not be available again.

If the code expired because of a genuine technical issue during your booking, contact the Scape sales team as soon as possible and explain what happened. The team can review the situation, but this does not guarantee the offer can be applied.
