If a payment fails, your rent or booking payment will not be treated as complete until the payment has successfully cleared. Don’t worry, there are a few simple things you can do next.
What to try first
- Retry through your Scape account: log in and try making the payment again.
- Check your details: make sure your card, bank or transfer information is correct.
- Contact your bank: they may have blocked or delayed the payment, especially for international transactions.
- Try another payment method: use another available option, such as card, instant bank transfer or manual bank transfer.
