What evidence do I need to use these policies?

Scape no longer uses separate “No Visa, No Pay” or “No Place, No Pay” policies. These have been replaced by Scape’s Change of Study Circumstances policy, so the evidence you need will depend on what has changed with your studies.

You should provide official written evidence that clearly shows why you can no longer start or continue your course as planned.

Examples of evidence

  • University refusal letter: confirmation that your admission or place has been refused.
  • Withdrawal or deferral confirmation: written confirmation from your institution that your study status has changed.
  • Visa evidence: official documents showing a visa refusal or issue that affects your ability to study.
  • Course correspondence: any formal communication from your university or education provider that explains the change.

To request a review, email bookings.uk@scape.com with your full name, booking reference, reason for your request and supporting documents.

You can read the latest policy at scape.com/about/flexible-policies. The Scape team will review your evidence and confirm the next steps in writing.
