What emergency contact details should I use?
It is a good idea to save the key emergency contact details before you arrive at Scape, so you can get help quickly if you ever need it.
Emergency services
For police, fire or ambulance emergencies, call 999. Always do this first if someone is in immediate danger or urgent help is needed.
Your Scape building reception
Save your building reception number in your phone. You will be given the correct contact details when you check in, and you can also find them on your building’s page on scape.com. Reception is available 24/7 and can help with urgent building issues, safety concerns and on-site support.
NHS 111
For non-emergency medical advice in the UK, call 111. NHS 111 can guide you on what to do next if you feel unwell but it is not a 999 emergency.
If you call 999, let reception know as soon as it is safe to do so. The team can help emergency services access the building and support you while help is on the way.
