What does “all-inclusive” actually cover?

“All-inclusive” means your main accommodation essentials are included in your rent, so you do not need to manage separate utility bills or set up multiple accounts when you move in.

At Scape, all-inclusive covers your room, utilities, Wi-Fi, access to building amenities and support from the on-site team. It is designed to make student living feel simpler, clearer and easier to budget for.

What all-inclusive covers

  • Utilities: heating, water and electricity are included for normal residential use.
  • Wi-Fi: high-speed internet is included in Scape buildings.
  • Amenity access: you can use the shared spaces available at your building, such as study areas, communal kitchens, social spaces and bike storage.
  • 24/7 team support: the Scape team is there to help, day or night.
  • Building maintenance: maintenance support is included when something needs fixing.

All-inclusive does not mean every personal cost is covered. Bedding, towels, kitchen equipment, laundry, contents insurance and a TV licence, if you need one, are not included.

Before booking, check your chosen building and room type on scape.com/rooms so you know exactly what is included where you plan to live.
