What documents do I need to complete my booking?

You do not need to provide documents when you make your booking. Scape will ask for your documents when you check in.

To complete check-in, you’ll need to bring documents that confirm who you are and that you are eligible to live with Scape as a student.

Documents to bring to check-in

• Passport or government-issued ID: this is used to confirm your identity.
• Proof of student status: this could be your UCAS number, student ID or another document showing that you are enrolled at, or due to study with, a specified educational institution.

It is a good idea to keep these documents somewhere easy to access on move-in day, rather than packed away in your luggage. If your university confirmation is digital, make sure you can open it on your phone or laptop when you arrive.
