What details are included in my booking confirmation?

Your Booking Confirmation email includes the key details of your Scape booking, so it’s worth checking it carefully and keeping it safe.

What’s usually included

• Building details: the name and address of your Scape building
• Room details: your room type and any floor preference shown during booking
• Contract dates: the start and end dates for your stay
• Residence fee: the total amount for your accommodation
• Initial payment: the amount paid to secure your booking
• Payment schedule: details of future payment dates and instalments
• Useful contacts: details for your building and the bookings team

Once you receive the email, check that your name, building, room type, dates and payment information look right. You can also log in to your Scape account to view your Residence Agreement, invoices and payment details.

If anything looks incorrect, contact the Scape team as soon as possible. Include your full name and the email address used to book so we can find your booking quickly and help get things sorted.
