There are a few easy ways to contact Scape, depending on what you need help with.
Phone
If you have a question about booking, availability or room options, you can call the Scape sales team on +44 (0)204 571 8133.
For booking and pre-arrival questions, email bookings.uk@scape.com. Include your full name, preferred building and any booking reference you have, so the team can help you more quickly.
Live chat
You can also use live chat on scape.com. This is useful for quick questions while you are browsing rooms or comparing buildings.
In person
If you already live at Scape, your building reception is there to help 24/7. Pop down whenever you need support, whether it is a practical question, a concern or something urgent.
Scape Student app
Residents can use the Scape Student app to report maintenance issues, track parcels, view documents, book shared spaces where available and message the team. If something is urgent, speak to reception directly as well.
