What cleaning support is provided?

Scape provides regular cleaning support for shared areas, plus a few helpful options to make keeping your own space clean a little easier.

What Scape cleans

Communal areas are cleaned daily by Scape staff. This includes shared spaces such as corridors, staircases, lounges, study areas and other communal facilities. Shared kitchens are also checked regularly to help keep them safe and pleasant for everyone.

Cleaning your own room

You are responsible for cleaning your own room, bathroom and any private kitchenette throughout your stay. If you live in a shared flat, you should also clean up after yourself whenever you use the shared kitchen or living space.

Extra support

• Optional room cleaning: a paid room cleaning service may be available. Ask reception for current availability and pricing.
• Vacuum cleaners: you can usually borrow a vacuum cleaner from reception free of charge. You may need to leave ID as a deposit while you use it.
