What can I do through my resident account?

Your resident account is your main place to manage the practical parts of your stay at Scape. It helps keep your booking, payments and key documents in one easy-to-access space.

Through your resident account, you can:

  • View and download your Residence Agreement.
  • Check your payment schedule and make payments.
  • Download receipts for payments you have made.
  • Update your contact details so Scape can reach you when needed.
  • Log maintenance requests and track their progress.
  • Track parcels when they are received by the team.
  • Access useful building documents and information for your stay.

You can usually access your account using the link in your booking confirmation email, or through the Scape app. Use the same account details you created when you made your booking.

If something does not look right, such as a payment, document or personal detail, let the Scape team know. You can speak to reception, message the team through the Scape app or use the contact details for your building.

Keeping your account details up to date helps the team support you quickly and makes day-to-day life at Scape smoother.
