What are reception opening hours?

Scape reception is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, all year round. That means there is always someone available on-site if you need help, whether it is a practical question, a building issue or something more urgent.

If you already live at Scape, you can pop down to reception at any time. The team can help with day-to-day questions, building information, parcels, access issues and signposting you to the right support.

If you need help outside normal office hours

You can still speak to reception. If the matter is urgent, go to reception in person or call your building directly using the contact details provided at check-in or listed on your building page on scape.com.

Bookings and sales support

The central sales and bookings team has separate hours. You can contact them by emailing bookings.uk@scape.com, calling +44 (0)204 571 8133 or using live chat on scape.com during weekday opening hours.

If you are a resident and you are unsure who to contact, start with reception. They will point you in the right direction.
