Is Wi-Fi included in my rent?

Yes, Wi-Fi is included in your rent at Scape. There is no additional charge for using the internet in your room or shared spaces.

Scape provides high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the building, so you can get online for studying, streaming, video calls, gaming and keeping in touch with friends and family. The service is provided by Ask4, Scape’s Wi-Fi partner.

How to get connected

  • Check your building information: connection details are usually included in your building information pack.
  • Ask reception: the team can point you towards the correct network and setup instructions.
  • Use the Scape app: your building may also share useful Wi-Fi guidance there.

You do not need to arrange your own broadband contract, set up a separate account with an internet provider or pay an extra Wi-Fi bill. It is all part of living with Scape.

If you have trouble connecting or your internet is not working properly, contact Ask4 directly for technical support. If the issue seems to affect the whole building, let reception know too so the team can check what is happening.
