Is there a cooling-off period after booking?

Yes, Scape offers a cooling-off period after you apply for a room. This gives you a short window to cancel your booking if your plans change or you decide the room is not right for you.

The length of the cooling-off period depends on when you make your application.

Cooling-off periods

• Applications made between 1 November and 30 June: you have 7 days from the date of application.
• Applications made between 1 July and 31 October: you have 48 hours from the date of application.
• If your contract starts sooner: if your Start Date falls before the cooling-off period would normally end, your right to cancel ends on the Start Date.

If you want to cancel during the cooling-off period, email bookings.uk@scape.com as soon as possible. You do not need to give a reason, but include your full name, booking reference if you have it, the email address used to book and your chosen Scape building.

Refunds are handled in line with Scape’s Refund Policy. If you are unsure whether you are still within the cooling-off period, contact the Scape team before taking any further action.
