How long is the cooling-off period?

Your cooling-off period depends on the date you apply for your Scape room.

Cooling-off period lengths

• If you apply between 1 November and 30 June: you have 7 days from the date of your application.
• If you apply between 1 July and 31 October: you have 48 hours from the date of your application.
• If your contract starts before the cooling-off period ends: your right to cancel ends on your contract Start Date.

This cooling-off period gives you time to cancel without needing to provide a reason, as long as your cancellation is made within the correct window.

If you want to cancel during the cooling-off period, email bookings.uk@scape.com as soon as possible. Include your full name, the email address used to book, your booking reference if you have one and the Scape building you booked.

Refunds are handled in line with Scape’s Refund Policy. If you are not sure whether your cooling-off period has ended, contact the Scape team before assuming your booking can or cannot be cancelled. We’ll help you check the dates clearly.
