How long does it take to complete a booking?

Once you’ve chosen your room, completing your booking usually takes no more than 10 minutes.

You’ll be asked to create or log in to your Scape account, check your room and contract details, review and sign your Residence Agreement digitally and make the required initial payment.

Take a moment before you sign

Although the online steps are quick, it’s important not to rush the agreement. Your Residence Agreement sets out the terms of your stay, including your contract dates, payment obligations and the rules that apply once you book.

Before completing your booking, check:

• Your room details: building, room type and any floor selection shown
• Your contract dates: make sure they match the stay you need
• Your payment plan: review the amount due now and any future payment dates
• Your personal details: check your name and email address are correct
