How long does document verification take?

Document verification is completed in person when you check in and usually only takes a few minutes.

There is no separate pre-check waiting period during the booking process. Your documents are checked as part of the standard check-in process, which typically takes around 5 to 10 minutes overall.

What to bring

• Photo ID: such as your passport or another accepted form of identification
• Student ID or proof of study: to confirm your student status

You may be able to upload documents through the Scape App before arrival, where requested, but you should still have them ready when you check in.

If your documents are clear and match your booking details, verification should be quick and simple. If something cannot be verified, your keys may not be issued until the issue is resolved.
