How is my rent calculated?

Your rent is calculated by multiplying your weekly rate by the number of weeks in your contract. This gives your total residence fee for the full stay.

For example, if your room has a weekly rate and your contract runs for a set number of weeks, those two figures are used to calculate the total rent due. You’ll see the full total before you confirm your booking, so there are no surprises later.

Where to find your rent details

• At checkout: your total residence fee is shown before you complete your booking.
• Booking Confirmation: your confirmation email includes the key details of your room, contract dates and residence fee.
• Scape account: your payment schedule shows what is due and when.

Your rent covers your accommodation for the full contract period, even if you choose to arrive after your contract start date or leave before the end date.
