How do I use the laundry facilities?

You can use the laundry facilities in your building’s laundry room. Scape laundry rooms are managed by Circuit Laundry, and machines are paid for separately each time you wash or dry.

How to do your laundry

• Download the Circuit Laundry app: it is available from the App Store and Google Play.
• Load the machine: add your clothes and detergent, making sure you do not overfill the drum.
• Select your cycle: choose the wash or dry setting you need.
• Pay: use the Circuit Laundry app or a laundry card.
• Collect promptly: remove your laundry when the cycle ends so other residents can use the machine.

You can check machine availability in real time at circuit.co.uk/laundry-view. Instructions are also posted in the laundry room, so have a quick read before your first wash.

If you use a laundry card, you can usually buy one from reception or order one through Circuit. If a machine is not working or a payment fails, contact Circuit Laundry support and let reception know if the issue affects the laundry room.
