How do I update my personal or contact details?

You can update your personal and contact details through your Scape portal. It is worth keeping these details current so the team can contact you quickly if they need to share important information about your booking, payments or stay.

You may be able to update details such as your:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Home address

Your email address is especially important, as Scape uses it for key communications. This can include booking updates, payment information, important building notices and Deposit Protection Service notifications relating to your deposit.

If something is incorrect

Log in to your Scape portal and check your personal information. If you can edit the detail yourself, update it and save the change. If you cannot change something in the portal, or if your name needs correcting, contact the Scape team so they can help.

If you are already living with us, you can also speak to your building reception team or message through the Scape app. Keeping your details accurate helps everything run more smoothly throughout your stay.
