How do I return my keys or access devices?

When you move out, please return all keys and access devices directly to reception by your required check-out deadline, usually midnight on your End Date unless your building team has told you otherwise.

This includes any:

• Room keys or key cards.
• Access fobs or building entry devices.
• Post box keys.
• Any other Scape access items issued to you during your stay.

Please hand them to a member of the Scape team at reception rather than leaving them in your room, posting them under a door or giving them to another resident. This helps the team confirm they have been returned safely and on time.

Where possible, ask reception for confirmation or a receipt that your keys and access devices have been returned. It’s a simple step that can help avoid confusion later.

If you are moving out outside usual reception hours, speak to the team before your End Date so they can explain the correct return process for your building.
