How do I request a change to my booking?
To request a change to your booking, contact the Scape team with your booking details and a clear explanation of what you’d like to change.
Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed, but the team will always do their best to help you understand your options.
What to include in your request
- Your full name
- Your booking reference, if you have it
- The email address used to book
- Your current Scape building and room type
- The change you’d like to make, such as a different room type, building, floor or contract option
Email bookings.uk@scape.com so the team can review your booking and advise what may be possible. If there is a change in room type, contract or dates, your residence fee and payment schedule may also change.
Please wait for written confirmation before assuming anything has been updated. Until Scape confirms the change, your original booking details still apply.
