How do I renew my booking for another year?

If you would like to renew your booking for another year, contact bookings.uk@scape.com or speak to your building team. They can let you know what rooms are available, what the next contract would look like and how to secure your place.

Current residents are usually contacted about an annual rebooker window. This is your best opportunity to book early and get priority access before rooms are offered more widely.

How to renew

• Look out for emails, app messages and updates from your building team about rebooking.
• Decide whether you want to stay in the same room, move room or choose another Scape property.
• Contact the bookings team to check availability and pricing.
• Follow the booking steps shared by the team and complete any required payment or agreement.

Your same room is not guaranteed, even if you are already living in it. Booking during the rebooker window gives you the best chance of securing your preferred room type or building.
