How do I make a complaint or give feedback?

If something is not right, please let Scape know so the team can help. You can make a complaint by contacting your building team or emailing bookings.uk@scape.com.

To help the team look into it quickly, include:

  • Your full name, building and room number.
  • A clear description of what has happened.
  • When the issue started or when it happened.
  • Any steps you have already taken, such as speaking to reception or logging a maintenance request.
  • Photos, screenshots or reference numbers if they are relevant.

If your complaint is about an urgent safety, security or maintenance issue, speak to the reception team straight away so they can act quickly.

You can also share general feedback through the Scape app or at reception. Whether it is a suggestion, a concern or something the team has done well, your feedback helps Scape improve the experience for everyone.

Once your complaint has been received, the team will review it, investigate what happened and come back to you with an update or response.
