How do I know if my booking is confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when Scape sends you a Booking Confirmation email after your initial payment has cleared.
This email is the key sign that your room has been secured. Signing your Residence Agreement alone does not confirm your booking. Scape also needs to receive the required initial payment in cleared funds.
What to check
- Your email inbox: the Booking Confirmation email should arrive shortly after your payment clears
- Your spam or junk folder: sometimes confirmation emails can land there by mistake
- The email address you used to book: make sure you’re checking the same email linked to your Scape account
If you don’t receive your Booking Confirmation email within a few minutes of payment clearing, do not assume the booking has gone through. Check your spam folder first, then contact bookings.uk@scape.com.
When you get in touch, include your full name and the email address used to book. The team can check your booking status and help resend the confirmation if needed.
