How do I contact resident support?
If you already live at Scape, resident support is available through the Scape Student app or your building reception.
Use the Scape Student app
The app is usually the best place for non-urgent resident support. You can use it to report maintenance issues, track parcel deliveries, access useful documents, message the team and manage parts of your stay.
Speak to reception
You can also contact your building reception in person or by phone. Reception is staffed 24/7, so there is always someone available if you need help, reassurance or guidance.
When to go straight to reception
- Something feels urgent: speak to the team in person or call your building directly.
- You have an access issue: reception can help if you lose your key card or cannot get into your room.
- You need support: the team can listen, help with practical next steps and signpost you to the right place.
If there is an emergency, call 999 first, then let reception know as soon as it is safe to do so.
