How do I collect my deliveries?

You can collect deliveries from your Scape building once they have arrived and been processed by the team. How you collect them depends on the size of the item.

Small post and letters

Smaller post is usually placed in your post box behind reception. You will receive a post box key when you check in, so you can collect letters and small items yourself.

Larger parcels

Larger parcels are usually held at reception. When a parcel arrives for you, you will normally be notified through the Scape app. Once you receive the notification, head to reception to collect it.

When collecting parcels

• Bring ID or access: reception may need to confirm the parcel belongs to you.
• Collect promptly: storage space is limited, especially during busy periods.
• Check the label: make sure the parcel has your name and room or apartment number on it.
• Ask reception: if you are expecting something but have not received a notification, the team can help check.

To make deliveries smoother, always include your full name, Scape building address and apartment or room number when ordering anything online.
