How do I book or change my arrival time?
Scape will email you before your contract start date with arrival scheduling information. To book your move-in time, simply respond to that email with the rough time you expect to arrive.
Your arrival time helps the building team plan check-ins and keep move-in day running smoothly. It does not need to be perfect, but it should be as accurate as you can make it.
If you need to change your arrival time
- Contact your building reception team: email them with your updated arrival time as soon as your plans change.
- Include your details: share your full name, booking reference if you have it and your original arrival time.
- Wait for confirmation: changes should be confirmed by the building team before you travel.
- Keep your documents ready: bring your ID and proof of student status with you for check-in.
