How do I apply for cancellation under these policies?

Scape no longer uses separate “No Visa, No Pay” or “No Place, No Pay” policies. These have been replaced by Scape’s Change of Study Circumstances policy.

If your study plans have changed and you want to request cancellation under this policy, contact the Scape bookings team as soon as possible. Your request will be reviewed against the current policy and the evidence you provide.

How to apply

  • Read the current policy: visit scape.com/about/flexible-policies.
  • Email the bookings team: contact bookings.uk@scape.com.
  • Include your booking details: share your full name, booking reference, email address used to book and Scape building.
  • Explain what has changed: for example, your place was refused, you withdrew from your course or your visa issue affects your ability to study.
  • Attach evidence: include official documents from your university, education provider or visa authority where relevant.

The team will review your request and confirm the next steps in writing. Please do not assume your booking has been cancelled or that a refund applies until Scape confirms this.
